General HACCP hygiene tip
We would like to draw your attention to the following HACCP hygiene tip. Freezing foods when fresh is better than leaving products in the refrigerator for a long period. Seal the products well, and note the date of manufacture and freezing times given on the packaging, as well as the product name, of course.
Shells – Re-use packaging
A lot of packaging can be used again for other purposes. For example, some bakeries and patisseries use the plastic packaging of the star shell to make 23-cm bavarois rings. This gives them a nice identical shape and weight. The most beautiful of shells are made like this!
Snacks
Snacks, such as sausage rolls and satay rolls get most taste buds going when baked properly. For the perfect appearance to your product, we advise glazing undecorated and pre-baked snacks with egg yolk before putting them in the oven. This gives the products a lovely, golden brown sheen.
