Aniseed and strawberry puff-pastry shells
Ingredients
- Semi-finished Pruvé puff-pastry shell
- Aniseed-flavoured mousse
- Whipped cream
- Strawberry jam
- Chocolate glaze
- Star anise
Method
Coat interior of shell with chocolate. Pipe a spiral of aniseed-flavoured mousse to cover the inside and rim of the shell. Fill the centre of the shell with strawberry jam. Decorate with a generous rosette of whipped cream, and garnish with a star anise.
