News: The rebuild of our factory in Renaison part II
We just completed a major step last June on the RENAISON 2 construction site. The roof is finished and the building is closed and kept safe from the water.
The inside fences have been built and the next step is to put together the different pieces used in the process of the construction of the lines.
This is a very complex process because all the elements must arrive in a specific order so that they can be assembled one after the other.
We use seven different suppliers on every line. In order to simplify things, RENAISON 2 will only use a single equipment supplier per process, instead of 4 or 5 like before. The new equipment will be better and the line of frozen desserts was made for the development of our range of finished products.
The next step will be to implement a trial process as of the beginning of August, guided by a team specially dedicated to the job.
